HALLO: RADIOSPIELE EDITION 3 CAPITAL H – OF LAND, PROPERTY AND PLACES OF COMMONS

Hallo Hamburg, wir müssen reden. Denn auch an den Hamburger Osten schleicht sich an, was vielerorts schon lange Thema ist: Mit steigenden Boden- und Mietpreisen, dem Einzug internationaler Investor*innen und der Realisierung des Masterplans ›Stromaufwärts an Elbe und Bille‹ bahnen sich reale Konflikte und Bedrohungsszenarien für die oft über Jahrzehnte andauernden kulturellen, sozialen und gewerblichen Zwischennutzungen an, die bisher ebenso den Stadtteil prägten, wie der Autohandel und die unzähligen Büroflächen.

Für alle stellt sich die Frage nach der Zukunft: Wer darf bleiben, wer muss gehen, wer hat das Geld – und wer hat es nicht?
Daher reden wir: Unter dem Titel ›Captial H – Von Boden, Eigentum und Orten des Gemeinschaffens‹ sprechen wir an drei Tagen zu je einem der Themenkomplexe, die bereits seit Langem Gegenstand vieler Initiativen und Einzelpersonen in diesem Raum sind. Sie verhandeln kritische Perspektiven, vernetzen sich und entwickeln kooperative Projekte. Sie wollen eine Stadtentwicklung mit anderen Vorzeichen: gemeinschaftlich, nicht-kommerziell und inklusiv.

Am Wochenende des 14.-16.05. bringen wir mit der dritten Edition der HALLO: Radiospiele verschiedene Akteur*innen zu diesen Themen ins Gespräch und in eure Endgeräte. Wir veröffentlichen diese Auseinandersetzungen, Gedanken und Ideen, schaffen Verknüpfungen (hoffentlich auch mit Euch!) und möchten die Diskussion über die Zukunft unserer Städte weiter anfachen.

Seid gespannt auf Musik, Interviews, Konzerte, Zaungespräche, Lesungen und Vieles mehr – unter anderem mit Gabu Heindl, Eva von Redecker, WERK – Haus Neuer Arbeit, Alster-Bille-Elbe PARKS, Trashboo und Vielen mehr.

Hello Hamburg, we need to talk. Because what has long been a topic of discussion in many places is also creeping up on Hamburg's East: With rising land and rent prices, the arrival of international investors and the realization of the masterplan ›Stromaufwärts an Elbe und Bille‹ (Upstream on the Elbe and Bille), conflicts and threat scenarios becoming real for the cultural, social and commercial uses. Uses that have often lasted for decades and that have so far characterized the district just as much as the car trade and the countless office spaces.

For all of them the question arises: who may stay, who must go, who has the money – and who doesn't?
That's why wer'e talking: Under the title ›Capital H – Of Land, Property and Places of the Commons‹, we will speak over three days, each on one of the topics that have long been the subject of many initiatives and cooperative projects. They want urban development with a different sign: collaborative, non-commercial and inclusive.

On the weekend of 14-16 May, we will bring different actors to theses topics into conversation and into your mobile devices. We will publish all these thoughts and ideas, create links (hopefully with you too!) and want to discuss the future of our cities.

There will be music, interviews, concerts, fence talks, readings and much more – among others with Gabu Heindl, Eva von Redecker, WERK – Haus Neuer Arbeit, Alster-Bille-Elbe PARKS, and many more.
